The WEConnect System offers more worker-connected safety devices than any program of its kind. Our “smart” hardhats, eyewear, safety tags and clip-on sensors are configured to support every known wireless communications protocol, enabling you to track, monitor and respond to your workforce in real time, anywhere and in any situation.

Safety-, health- and performance-management messaging and monitoring functions built into the WEConnect System include real-time emergency alerts, audio and video calls, text-to-speech messaging, indoor/outdoor location tracking, environmental sensor-readings, fall detection, wear/not wear detection and other critical notifications.

Developed in partnership with GuardHat, a world-leading developer of IoT-based connected-worker field wear, the Smart Hardhat is designed to communicate with control room displays and personnel via server outside containment zones and via Wi-Fi inside them. A certified Class I (Type G) industrial hardhat that works with virtually any wireless protocol or third-party software system, this smart head gear makes no sacrifices to safety for connectivity.

Among its range of capabilities is precise, real-time indoor/outdoor locating, audio/video calls and off-line recording, real-time emergency alerts and user notifications, environmental sensor readings, worn/not-worn alerts, fall detection and push-to-talk and text-to-speech communication.

Smart Communicators by the WEConnect System offer all the same capabilities as the Smart Hardhat, but as a clip-on wearable that can be attached to almost any part of the body. Like the Smart Hardhat, these devices tag constantly to verify and visualize a worker’s exact location in a plant, receive social distancing alerts and enable safety managers to respond immediately to accidents and emergency alerts.

The WEConnect system incorporates a full suite of wearable sensors that use IoT technology to capture worker movement as well as real-time information about their work environment — temperature, noise, gas, pressure, proximity to connected colleagues and other potentially critical safety and performance data.

The WEConnect System also protects your workers with the next generation of smart safety glasses. In addition to shielding eyes from injury in the workplace, they incorporate the same connectivity and communications capabilities as other smart devices in the WEConnect System.
