Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki, Government Plenipotentiary for Strategic Energy Infrastructure Anna Łukaszewska-Trzeciakowska and U.S. Ambassador to Poland Mark Brzezinski attended the signing ceremony in Warsaw.
