Arlington, Va., June 7, 2017 – In the latest action to accelerate its return to the government services marketplace, Westinghouse Electric Company announced today the opening of a new Washington, D.C., area office that serves as headquarters for its Westinghouse Government Services LLC business. Industry and government officials joined Westinghouse in marking the establishment of the office at a June 6 open house hosted by the company.
NEWINGTON, N.H.-June 4, 2017 – Today, Westinghouse Electric Company announced that it has agreed to a new, three-year contract with the International Brotherhood of Boilermakers, Iron Shipbuilders, Blacksmiths, Forgers and Helpers (the Boilermakers) at the Nuclear Components Manufacturing (NCM) facility in Newington, New Hampshire.

VÄSTERÅS, SWEDEN - May 30, 2017 – Westinghouse Electric Company and its eight European consortium partners have achieved a key milestone in the diversification of the nuclear fuel supply in Europe. The consortium has approved the conceptual fuel design for the VVER-440 assemblies, which is an enhanced version of a previous Westinghouse fuel product that was delivered to Loviisa Nuclear Power Plant in Finland from 2001-2007.
